About

Do you have a "body-mind" issue? IBS, eating disorders, insomnia, anxiety, auto-immune conditions, trauma reactions, depression and even relationship problems can be tied in to the way that your body is functioning! When you are flooded with stress hormones, you become impatient with yourself and others. When you are not properly nourished or rested, you aren't able to be present and connected.
I work with people who have eating disorders, exercise addiction, anxiety or trauma to relate with their bodies in a way that helps them feel their best. I focus understanding the science involved in these issues and give practical insight and help.
Please reach out to see if we might be a good fit. Telehealth sessions are currently available.

Women's Process Group

This process group will provide an intimate setting where you can learn about how you interact with other people. This allows people to learn in real-time how they are affected by other people and how they are perceived.
