Virtual - Trauma Psychoeducational Series
Open to everyone, regardless of location: Didactic group with a focus on understanding trauma and the role it plays in your life, as well as developing some skills to deal with it. The group includes an eclectic set of elements from polyvagal theory, DBT, ACT, Karpman's triangle, and CBT. This is group is for psychoeducation only; there will be no processing or sharing in this group.
Eating Disorder Support - Adolescents/ Young Adult
Virtual - Eating disorders support group is a place to connect and receive support around recovery from bulimia, anorexia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, or other disordered eating patterns. This group is a positive, recovery-oriented place. Simultaneous individual therapy is required at this time.
Women's Process Group
This process group will provide an intimate setting where you can learn about how you interact with other people. Everybody in the group will be asked to commit to offering real, honest feedback to each other, creating a safe and non-judgemental space, and discussing reactions as they arise. This allows people to learn in real-time how they are affected by other people and how they are perceived.
