Feeling stuck in life? Hesitant about therapy? I believe all people have the ability to heal and have the strength to overcome what life throws at us. I am EMDR Certified through EMDRIA (a trauma treatment) and hold certificates in Embodied Social Justice and maternal mental health. I work with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, difficulty managing stress and life transitions as well as adult children of emotionally immature parents. I welcome folks new to therapy or those who may have not had a good experience with treatment in the past and are wanting to give therapy another try.
Therapy is not “one size fits all”. I believe the relationship between client and therapist can be a powerful catalyst to change. Together, we will discuss how to overcome unwanted patterns in your life. I am passionate about empowering individuals to learn to experience their emotions in an authentic way.
I skillfully work with individuals who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and relationship difficulties, as well as life transitions and stress management issues. I strive to provide a welcoming environment for POC and individuals identifying as LGBTQIA+.
