My work and passion surround helping others and getting to know a variety of people. I specifically enjoy working with adolescents, teenagers, and supporting their parents along with providing therapy to young adults both women and men. I have had the pleasure to help and to clinically support those in the community and surrounding counties for 19 years. I specialize in supporting college students in boosting self-esteem, and finding confidence, along with learning coping strategies to maintain routine for each semester.
I offer a calming environment to promote growth, to heal the mind and thought processes and support taking care of oneself through self- care and coping strategies. Empowering the client is my main goal as well as to assist them with reaching their ultimate personal transformation. I offer relaxation techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, and art therapy
It is important to be present with my clients, to actively and clinically support them with empathetic and attentive listening which guides them to move through their own work. This gives me meaning and joy for the work I do. I am available to meet clients needs in the office, by video-conferencing, teletherapy or by phone.
