Accepting new clients. With over 20 years experience I know life presents us with a variety of challenges. We need support and connection with others and it is sometimes not easy to find. Relationships can be frustrating, emotions difficult to deal with, and there's a need for skills to help with communication, problem solving and improved interactions. You may have tried to deal with your problems in unsuccessful ways. Issues of your past may be unresolved. There are solutions. I can provide you a safe place to support you where you are, to learn healthy skills, heal old wounds and become your best self.
I specialize in the areas of family and relational issues, mental health concerns, drug/alcohol and relational addiction, codependency, and addressing issues of loss, grief and trauma. I am able to support 12 step recovery. I am accepting new patients with day and evening appointments available. Individual rate is $120, with a sliding scale based on need.
It helps to talk to someone and to have a place to explore your emotions and thinking, to work on change, and develop healthy coping skills. Interested in a Women's Group? Date and time TBA
Would you like to have a supportive group of women, a place to share your concerns and successes? Do you have distress due to losses or life situations that you would like to process? Would you like to learn and practice new coping skills, relaxation, self-nurture, healthy boundaries, creativity, communication, and connection? This would be an hour to an hour and a half. Cost would be $40-60 each week. Group would last for 4-6 weeks. It could be day or evening. Please let me know if you have interest and what kind of group you are looking for and could benefit from.
