I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including childhood trauma, complex PTSD, relationship trauma, and single-incident events. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing is possible—even when it doesn’t feel that way yet.
I am an LCSW trained in EMDR which helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as immediate, overwhelming, or controlling. Many patients find that EMDR allows them to heal without having to repeatedly relive or verbally recount each detail about their trauma.
I integrate trauma-informed approaches that emphasize safety and stabilization. Therapy is not about pushing you beyond your limits—it’s about creating the conditions where your system can begin to feel safe enough to heal. I work to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and in control of your healing process.
