I believe everyone is capable of the change they want to achieve, and the first step is reaching out for help. Are you struggling with communication issues in your relationship? I want to work with you to help you feel better and fulfill your potential. Sometimes it just takes someone else believing in us for us to start believing in ourselves. I take an inherently positive approach, finding the potential in everyone.

I am a Licensed MFT working with individual adults and couples. My integrative approach to therapy draws heavily on the Narrative Therapy model, but incorporates other therapeutic models based on individual client needs. I am also EMDR trained and proficient. I specialize in relational work as well as anxiety, trauma, and adjustments to life changes.

I believe that connection is the basis for healing and change and I work to build that connection to create a safe a productive space.
