There are so many times in our lives when we are asked to adapt. Whether it's transitioning to a new school or job, changing relationships, parenting through different stresses and stages, managing Anxiety or Depression so that you can best enjoy your life, or just figuring out who you are and how you want to be in this world. Participating in therapy almost always means change, and I enjoy supporting people as they explore this change, learn new strategies, and work to grow.
I work from a strengths-based foundation to explore early and current relationships, build coping tools, manage anxiety or depression symptoms, process trauma, change patterns, and solve problems. I enjoy using art, as well as other creative interventions, and believe in meeting people where they are to build a supportive therapeutic relationship.
I know that coming to therapy takes courage, and I do my best to create comfort and trust so that we can address the challenges together with humor and compassion.
