I am a warm, compassionate and supportive therapist who can help with making positive changes in life. I can help you develop positive coping skills to overcome life's obstacles and help you identify your personal strengths to make positive changes towards growth and happiness.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I specialize in addressing issues with depression, anxiety, anger management, divorce, loss, trauma, social issues, relationship struggles and assisting individuals going through life transitions. My primary therapeutic approach extracts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I know that it is sometimes tough to take the step to seek out help. I am here and my goal is to provide a safe, warm, relaxed and non-judgmental environment for individuals to open up, share and process their feelings.
