As a therapist, I use an integrative approach to therapy sessions. With the use evidenced -based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused, and Psychoeducation, the client and myself are able to collaborate the best form of treatment.
