I utilize many different therapeutic modalities based on you and your individual goals. I have extensive experience with substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders.
I offer tele-therapy within Oregon. I use a host of modalities including DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, and other solution focused interventions as deemed appropriate. I come from a family systems and attachment focused perspective when working with my clients. I believe in everyone’s ability to heal and grow.
