I specialize in therapy for adults navigating chronic illness, trauma, nervous system dysregulation, disability identity shifts, and the emotional impact of living in a body that feels unpredictable or misunderstood. Many of the clients I work with are coping with chronic pain, medical trauma, burnout, grief, anxiety, masking, or the exhaustion of trying to function while struggling internally.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, Brainspotting, and a Jungian lens that explores the deeper meaning of symptoms, identity, and transformation. I help clients connect the relationship between mind and body, especially when experiences do not fit into traditional explanations.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a place to begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying.
I offer a supportive, collaborative space where we move at your pace and work toward a more grounded, steady sense of who you are.

Groups
Disability Grief Support Group
Inspired by Bearing the Unbearable, this disability grief support group is for individuals navigating chronic illness, disability, nervous system conditions, chronic pain, medical trauma, and identity or functioning changes. Together, we create space for grief that is often unseen or misunderstood. This group honors grief as a human response to loss, uncertainty, limitation, and transformation rather than something to “fix.” Discussions focus on emotional honesty, compassionate witnessing, nervous system awareness, and community support. Themes may include identity shifts, invisible illness, body unpredictability, masking, loneliness, meaning-making, and rebuilding safety within the nervous system.
