Everyone has times in their life that are challenging, confusing, and/or hard to figure out. Life gets that way sometimes. There is wisdom in seeking help to sort through these challenges. With extensive experience as an Inpatient/Outpatient Therapist at CarolinaEast Medical Center, my range of topics extends from everyday life challenges to more serious matters. Serving ages 11- 65+, I can help with a multitude of feelings: hopeless/helpless, confused/stuck, depressed/anxious, with all kinds of challenges, ranging from mild to unspeakable.
