I am a Manhattan-based psychotherapist with more than twenty years of experience treating children, adolescents, adults and their families. I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, play therapy, and cognitive behavioral treatment modalities and I use a flexible, eclectic and highly individualized approach to my work. With a relatable and "real" style, I assist patients in identifying areas of concern, deepening self awareness, developing and achieving realistic goals for their treatment.

At institutions throughout the New York City area, I am a regular speaker and panelist on a range of child development and parenting topics. I am frequently quoted in parenting publications and I am committed to evolving research and discussions on human development and parenting.
