Are you struggling with a chemical or behavioral addiction, or do you love someone who is? Are you in or healing from an abusive relationship? Is depression, anxiety or intrusive thoughts overwhelming your ability to cope? Maybe grief is weighing you down and you feel like you'll never get out from under it. There is freedom from addiction! You can love someone who has an addiction and still have healthy boundaries! You can heal from relational abuse and mistreatment. Depression and anxiety don't have to become your identity. And grief can feel like water rapids but there are gentle streams up ahead. Note: I do not accept insurance.

I specialize in addictions and work with both addicts and those who love them. I can help you reframe, reconstruct, or remove thinking errors, develop new skills to address maladaptive thinking and behaviors, and improve your ability to cope with all that life is throwing your way. I am passionate about helping women overcome relational abuse.
I think you'll find me relational, energetic, direct when it's called for, yet nonjudgmental, validating, and empathetic.
