When life feels out of control and you're struggling to regain your footing, it can be incredibly challenging to know where to turn. Tension may build and affect our relationships, physical health, occupation, and perhaps even the relationship we have with ourselves. My practice is to walk alongside you from a stance of non-judgement and acceptance as we find ways to make the weight of what you have been through lighter. Let’s build a place of safety to allow healing to begin. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and attachment related issues.
I engage in a person-centered existential approach to counseling and use dialectical behavior therapy skills and trauma focused modalities when working with clients. I have gained a lot of experience working with first responders, military personnel, and medical personnel as well as their family members.
Hardships in life are sometimes difficult to navigate, and choosing to do your own work can be its own difficult decision. I am truly grateful to be a part of your healing journey and witness your growth. I am currently practicing via telehealth at this time. I am currently able to accept private pay and Anthem Insurance. I have immediate availability.
