I'm trained in ACT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR! I have years of experience with mental health therapy, diagnostic assessments, and advocacy. I am also recognized in the State of Washington as a Mental Health Professional.
