I'm a specialized therapist who works primarily with neurodivergence, specifically ADHD, OCD, autism & borderline spectrums, and chronic depression, anxiety, & bipolar disorders. I also have expertise in complex trauma issues, often stemming from narcissistic family systems or relationship abuse. Many of my clients possess an excellent or above-average capacity for self-reflection and introspection. However, they feel their heightened self-awareness can sometimes backfire, magnifying feelings of powerlessness and frustration when they find themselves stuck in repetitive patterns and unable to make desired changes in their behaviors.

I believe that the cycles of frustration you may be experiencing are not indicative of failure or deficiency, but are instead the result of navigating a world that doesn't align with your brain's natural functioning. Rather than trying to change you to fit societal expectations, I aim to help you make life work in a way that honors your unique ways of being.

To me, deep healing involves finding ways to accept and embrace your natural idiosyncrasies, rather than trying to subvert or change them. Life isn't about fitting into a mold; it's about forging your own path and building a fulfilling existence on your terms.
