I use a trauma informed care approach, meaning I try to understand what happened to you, not focus on what is "wrong" with you. This approach helps us get to the root of what's causing your anxiety, process it, and help you experience real relief for good. I'm also certified in EMDR Therapy, an evidenced based treatment for trauma and anxiety.
