I have a couple open spots! (Jan '25) - - - My time as a Therapist/Human has given me a chance to partner with a beautiful mixture of people and personalities. Folks who find benefit most working with me are often sensitive, brilliant, compassionate humans seeking a safe space to feel heard and supported. They often need some support to navigate where they feel confused, stuck, or overwhelmed in their lives. My approach tends to be that of "Emotional Tour Guide," and I'd be happy to get to know you, share what I see, and offer some insight on what others have found healing on their paths.
I have experience working with adults on issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, identity, ADHD, ASD, trauma, & healthy boundaries. My practice aims to offer an accepting, affirming space for LGBTQIA+, Marginalized, and Neurodivergent folks to feel welcome. My goal is to convey my genuine belief that we are all valuable & worthy of quality care and support.
Alas, there’s just no quick, magical fix for complex issues (I promise I checked!). However, the support of another alongside you can help you remember your own power and capacity face (and show love to) the inner realms of your heart and mind. The journey of the 'unwilling hero' is best traveled with a solid sidekick who's not afraid of the darkness! :D
