Are you a Neurodivergent adult (ADHD/Autism) who feels overstimulated, overwhelmed, and burnt out? Neurodivergent adults often spend decades undiagnosed, masking, overfunctioning, and internally disconnected until Life inevitably hits a tipping point. You probably are familiar with therapy concepts but long for space to dive deeper into your own personal experiences. I work with clients to co-create a supportive therapeutic space where we explore their unique inner landscape with gentle curiosity and fierce compassion. (Formal Neurodivergent diagnoses are never required - if this sounds like it resonates, then you are welcome.)

I specialize in working with sensitive, misunderstood, deep-thinking adults navigating anxiety, self-worth, and identity. My approach integrates parts work, somatic mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to understand, soothe, and honor your limits and needs. Ultimately, my aim is to help clients feel more "at home" within themselves.

Marginalized folks often screen closely for cues of safety and acceptance, and I am happy to intentionally offer an affirming space where LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Neurodivergent, and "other-ed" folks can feel welcome. My Ahwatukee office is inside a pretty cozy wellness center, and I also offer online sessions.
