Hi there! Adults with Neurodivergent (ADHD/Autism) and/or Queer (LGBTQIA+) identities are my specialty. Folks who work with me often struggle with feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, & burnt out. Overfunctioning, masking, & disconnecting from yourself are common reactions to living in a culture that doesn’t always welcome the wonderful human that you are. You’re probably already familiar with therapy concepts but long for space to dive deeper into your own personal experiences. I work with my clients to co-create a supportive therapeutic space where we explore their unique inner landscape with gentle curiosity & fierce compassion.

I specialize in working with sensitive, misunderstood, deep-thinking adults navigating anxiety, self-worth, and identity. My approach integrates parts work, somatic mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to understand, soothe, and honor your limits & needs. Ultimately, my aim is to help clients feel more "at home" within themselves.

Marginalized folks often screen closely for cues of safety and acceptance, and I prioritize providing an intentionally affirming space where LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Neurodivergent, and "other-ed" folks can feel welcome. (Bonus: My Ahwatukee office is inside of a really cozy wellness center, and I also offer online sessions - whichever suits you best!)
