I help those who feel stuck and feel overwhelmed. Often, we need a safe person to help us walk through those thoughts and feelings and perhaps, look at them from a new perspective. I have experience with couples and individuals working through anxiety (worry, panic, phobias & social anxiety), ADHD, grief, trauma, and addiction recovery. I support people who find themselves in a different world due to marital conflict, divorce, infidelity, and single parenting. My goal is to guide you to gain clarity, learn to trust yourself, and ultimately heal.
I'm not the type of therapist who asks you how you are feeling and sits quietly. Yes, I do address feelings and listen! However, I also take an active and straightforward approach to helping my clients reach their goals by addressing thought patterns, family dynamics, and behavior changes. I provide education and homework.
I offer a safe, warm, non-judgmental environment where we can communicate openly with one another and work on the issues at hand; it is a healthy and informative process where clients find that not only their relationship with themselves improve, but also those with others.
