Currently Accepting New Clients for In Person and Virtual Sessions! It’s exhausting to feel like no matter how hard we try, we’re never getting it “right" enough. I help adults, 18 years and older, who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and big life transitions that are making happiness feel out of reach. I’m a firm believer that we can be masterpieces and works in progress at the same time - you can appreciate who you are right now and still want to grow and improve. We don’t have to have it all figured out all of the time to feel worthy of good things and to create the kind of life we want for ourselves!

Using a combination of approaches - including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Parts Work, Motivational Interviewing, Grief Work - I provide a safe, compassionate space to support your goals and healing as you learn tools and coping skills that can be used in your daily life.

I’ll support you in noticing and changing patterns that are no longer helpful to you and your relationships. I’ll also be your biggest cheerleader by celebrating your wins with you.
