Support Group for Parents of Neurodiverse Children

Overview: This 7-week program, limited to 8 participants, provides support and strategies for parents of children with ADHD. It’s a closed group with a consistent, supportive environment. Focus Areas: Understanding ADHD in Children: Gaining insights into how ADHD affects learning, behavior, and emotions. Reducing Conflict and Chaos at Home, Enhancing Family Communication, Addressing Challenging Behaviors, Collaborating with Educational Professionals, and Processing Our Feelings, Providing a space to explore and understand your own emotions surrounding the journey of parenting a child with ADHD, fostering self-compassion and resilience.
