The world is a place of wonder, joy, and adventure, but it can be painful and confusing, too. Anxiety, worry, grief, and relational difficulties block our experience of love, happiness, and fulfilment. I regularly find myself sharing space with people in the most difficult moments of their lives, searching together for meaning while seeking hope and joy. Often in the pain we discover a spark of life. Sometimes we simply bear witness to suffering. But we do it together.

I believe that clarity and healing are found in the conversations and relationships that develop within the therapeutic space. Searching for insight with curiosity opens up previously unnoticed thoughts, ideas, and patterns we have adopted, which leads to experimentation in new ways of thinking and living.

I partner with clients to explore their worlds and develop plans that best suit their particular issues. We can all use a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to process our experiences, so please reach out if you are interested in working with me as part of your journey to mental wellness.
