Life can be difficult. Dealing with the stressors of school, work, parenting, and traumatic events can make you feel like you are drowning. I specialize in talk therapy as well as neurotherapy with individual clients. I often process issues with clients while they participate in neuromodulation and neurofeedback. I also work with athletes to develop a stronger mindset and increase their mental performance.
