Are you feeling out of sorts? Have a lack of motivation? Having difficulty in expressing yourself? Finding a safe space is an important key to moving forward on our individual paths. My past experience and education have provided me with skills and abilities to provide such a space.
I have spent the last 25+ years supporting individuals and families in various roles. My focus is on providing a holistic approach to supporting each individual on their wellness path in life.
My passion lies in supporting individuals and their families as they develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and find authentic ways to express themselves. My approach emphasizes building on existing strengths and fostering resilience as we navigate the different phases of life together.
Outside of my practice, I spend most of my free time with family and friends. My family—especially my twin daughters—has given me firsthand experience with the challenges and rewards of parenting and relationships. These real-world experiences continue to shape my understanding and deepen my empathy. I would appreciate the opportunity to work with you.
