I am trained in various modalities, including psychodynamics, focusing-oriented psychotherapy, mindfulness, mentalization-based therapy, and CBT. I have published and presented on the topic of working with mental illness in hospital settings. I have a special interest in working with young adults and individuals who grew up around severe mental illness.
In addition, I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric facilities, which enables me to address a broad range of mental health challenges, from severe mental illnesses to struggles of personal growth, across the lifespan.
