For the past 14 years I have supported clients with mood disorders and trauma. I specialize in working with both teens and adults and people who have not felt successful in therapy in the past. My approach is very person-centered and I am very relaxed and adaptive in my treatment with clients. Clients who have previously felt that therapy was too formal might enjoy working with me.
I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and I am trained in EMDR, MI, ACT, CBT, and SFBT. I utilize a strengths-based approach and enjoy exploring my client's interests and integrating those interests into treatment.
