I work with couples and families who need help with change. After you have 'tried everything' but it still hasn't worked, come see me for a different approach to resolving problems that you face. I have worked in mental health for 18 years and LDS Family Services for 10 years. For the last 9 years I do a private practice. With my experience I can treat any marital problems you might be facing, as well as any major mental health problem or sexually addictive behavior problem. My motto is "Change for the Better" because I believe that therapy should help you make the changes in your life that make a difference.
I specialize in treating marital issues. I can help you to heal a troubled marriage from failing communication, inability to solve problems, bad habits, addictions, or even affairs. I also provide pre-marital therapy to help you get started right. I specialize in treating most mental illnesses and emotional disorders with a variety of active strategies.
With my brief strategic approach to therapy, you won't need endless therapy before you notice change. On average my clients notice significant change toward their treatment goals within 6-10 sessions, sometimes even within the first three sessions. I work hard for you, and I expect that you will do the same for yourself.
