Finding a therapist is often a difficult process. As a Clinical Psychologist with 40 years of experience in private practice, my aim is to provide a safe, non judgmental environment that is conducive to self exploration. As you gain insight into yourself and you will also gain insight into others. This often results in feeling more connected with those around you. My clients often report they feel freer and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
I work with adults, teens and couples who are struggling with the difficulties and challenges that we all face. As you gain insight into your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, I will work with you to identify self-defeating patterns of thinking and help you to remove obstacles to living a happier, more fulfilling life.
I respond to all inquiries promptly. Exploring thoughts and feelings can be uncomfortable and difficult and, often, we don’t even know where to start. We do know we just want to feel “better”.
