My ideal client is anyone who is willing to consider a different perspective and or a more healthy life. I primarily with adult individuals in the queer and neurodiverse communities who may or may not use drugs and alcohol.
People come to my practice to resolve conflict within themselves and their relationships by approaching most situations through a harm reductive lens. People also come who want to consider changing what they do and understand more of who they are.
I help provide people with tools, references, and I also keep regular reviews of one’s goals a priority to ensure we’re always on the same page.
I have the most experience in gay men’s issues, religious trauma, harm reduction for drug and alcohol use, ADHD and Autism discussion, screening, and referrals and if you have a question about these topics, I will provide an honest and detailed answer to your needs whether this be a referral or a refreshing of my continued education.
You are unique and your therapy should reflect that. I use an eclectic blend of cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and harm reduction based therapies and I recommend you meet me to see how we match as you deserve to have therapy exactly the way you want it.
