My experience comes from working with adults and older adults (65+) in behavioral health settings including 3 years in a hospital outpatient clinic. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I am also certified in treating trauma through The Rewind Technique, a method of reprocessing unwanted memories.
