As a former teacher, I have dedicated my practice to empowering the family unit. I offer individual counseling for youth and adults, couples counseling, and parent support/coaching. From a systems perspective, family is a key influence on growth and development. I am passionate about helping clients reduce conflict and increase connection.
As a first generation Korean-American, I have experienced the challenge of growing up in a family faced with clashing cultures. This process can cause distress and anxiety in individuals and families. I can help.
