**Unable to take new clients currently** I offer a space to talk, feel, experience, and grow. More than anything, I am here to listen to you while offering reflections, feedback, and insight from a systemic lens. I believe that exploration leads to change and once you get started, you will begin to feel different in many areas of your life.
As a former teacher, I have dedicated my practice to empowering the family unit. I offer counseling for youth and young adults, couples counseling, and parent support/coaching. From a systems perspective, family is a key influence on growth and development. I am passionate about helping clients reduce conflict and increase connection.
As a first generation Korean-American, I have experienced the challenge of growing up in a family faced with clashing cultures. This process can cause distress and anxiety in individuals and families. I can help.
