Both biofeedback and hypnotherapy have been proven to have high efficacy for the treatment of migraines, tension type headaches and anxiety disorders. I use proven techniques to help my clients, starting with a thorough evalution and tailoring the intervention that best suits each client and their presenting problems.

Resources for Migraine Management
Over half of all Americans over the age of 50 live with a chronic illness or condition. These challenges are often unpredictable and at times serious. While medical interventions may reduce or control symptoms, it is still necessary to cope with ongoing, daily disruptions and uncertainties caused by the illness/condition. This program addresses these issues by combining information from eastern and western medicine. From the West, our current understanding of the influence of thoughts, feelings and behaviors necessary for successful adjustments to a chronic illness/condition. From the East, practices of breath work, guided visualizations, and meditation among others.
