Depression, anxiety, mood swings, anger, and relationship issues can all have a profoundly negative impact on your life. I have been a clinical psychologist and Christian for many years. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you face challenges with depression and suicidal thoughts, anxiety and panic, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and addictive behaviors like problems with alcohol, marijuana, and pornography.
Many emerging adults (18-25) are finding it hard to navigate the transition to independent adulthood, which can be frustrating for both them and their families.
