Employing techniques of CBT, Adlerian Therapy and Mindfulness training, I have over 25 years of experience in assisting folks to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain. In that time, I have witnessed great transformations as people remake their lives and it is great fun to be a part of that process.
