Our practice focuses on sexual addiction - for the addict, the partner and the couple. If you struggle with sex addiction (including pornography) you need someone who understands this addiction and has a plan for your recovery. We do. If you are the partner of a sex addict, it's important to take care of yourself and seek counsel from a compassionate therapist who understands your situation. Both the addict and the betrayed partner get better faster with a highly trained, highly focused supportive therapy team. Men and women have regained and even improved relationships through their work with us.
With sex addiction there is a known and understood path to recovery. Our Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) training and years of practice offer you the best opportunity for recovery. We're passionate about helping you live the life you deserve free of sexual addiction. Whether addict, partner or couple, we have resources and desire to help you heal.
I practice a modality called Internal Family Systems. If you have ever thought, "Part of me wants one thing, and part of me wants something else" this is an example of IFS. We all have parts that hold our pain, that want to protect us, that save us in difficult times. Understanding your parts and letting your SELF be in the lead is critical to mental health.
