I help teens and young adults explore their inner worlds to identify what needs to be healed and what actions they can take to feel less anxious and disconnected, and more confident, accomplished, recognized, and happier in their relationships. You aren't alone. You deserve happiness. And you can achieve this.
Treatment with me often looks like focusing on growth through healing negative belief systems and learning skills for effective communication, emotion regulation, and navigating life obstacles and transitions. And many clients who work with me often choose to use video games & VR as therapeutic tools in their treatment to do the deeper level work.
It's not about what's wrong with you, it's about what happened to you. Anyone who said you need to be fixed was mistaken. Therapy is about achieving improvements you want in your life.
