One of the most powerful effects I have found in therapy is providing a safe space where you are heard, understood, and accepted. We all have stress and struggles at times and there is great healing in exploring and touching your feelings. In therapy, I help make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I can work with you in discovering unmet needs, feelings of helplessness and hopelessness, and feeling lost. When you understand all this, it helps you to control your feelings rather than the feelings control you.
I use a solution-focused approach with cognitive behavioral therapy, tailoring each session to the client's needs and preferences. I create a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential environment, where clients can feel safe and supported. My mission is to empower clients to find their strengths, cope with their difficulties, and pursue their aspirations.
