I believe that life is about relationships: with ourselves, with each other, and with the world around us. I specialize in working with gay and queer populations on a range of experiences from general life transitions to grief and death, anxiety and low mood, self-esteem and self-concept, and sex and relationships.
At the core of therapy is the relationship between the client and the clinician, and I meet each client where they are currently at with interest, compassion, and honesty to help empower them to live as a more mindful and authentic version of themselves.
