I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma and PTSD (whether single-incident events, childhood trauma, or complex trauma), unresolved grief, and relationship challenges. My practice specifically supports lasting change, not just ongoing symptom management. Together, we will work to identify and resolve what's feeling stuck at the root.
EMDR intensives offer concentrated treatment tailored to your specific goals that can accelerate progress in a short amount of time. IADC Therapy is a brief, evidence-informed protocol that reduces grief-related distress and supports a sense of connection with the person who died. I also offer extended weekly sessions for those who prefer ongoing support.
