I always want to foster a counseling environment of honesty, kindness, and empathy. What we discuss is always dependent on your level of comfortability. We celebrate the little victories and aim for making lasting changes. I always look for ways to help empower you to be in the drivers seat and reach your therapeutic goals.
I specialize in working with clients facing depression and anxiety, life transitions, trauma, family and couples issues, sexual addictions, anger management, and am also an LGBTQIA+ ally. I incorporate a trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered approach. Combined, these create an environment of authenticity and self-empowerment.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, stressful, and unmanageable. Holding space with a counselor in order to process what’s going on inside of you can be an invaluable tool. An effective counselor will empower you, guide you to deeper realizations of self, and foster honesty towards yourself and others. If these fit your goals, I'd love to work with you!
