Substance use and substance use disorders (SUD) affects most areas of one’s life that can include educational, vocational, mental health, family and other relationships. There are many ways to facilitate positive change! I provide therapy for individuals and/or their family members struggling with behavioral, emotional, or relational issues of any kind (not limited to substance use) or for someone who just wants a safe space to process the week's events. Facilitating change often requires multiple approaches tailored to the individual(s) and their current circumstances.
