Substance use affects most areas of one’s life that can include educational, vocational, mental health, family and other relationships. Deciding on what path to take can be a daunting task and the early recovery process can be a very challenging time. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and family members struggling with behavioral, emotional, or relational issues of any kind (not limitited to substance use) or for someone who just wants a safe space to process the week's events. Facilitating change may require a variety of approaches to fit the individual(s) and their current situation.

I'm a licensed therapist in Texas & Florida and have aquired years of experience working in a professional recovery setting and have been a part of the recovery community for more than 14 years. I work with anyone wanting therapy for any number of reasons with a specialized focus on (not limited to) substance use disorders.

We are all in recovery from something. The recovery process is simply life skills and learning coping strategies and behaviors that makes an individual live a more meaningful life by living by a set of principles and learning to cope with day to day life challenges. I will work with anyone that seeks a safe space to process their thoughts and feelings.
