Many clients come to me stuck between the person they have been and the person they want to become. They have learned to push themselves through pain, disconnection, and uncertainty, but it doesn’t bring lasting relief. Something deeper and more subtle is needed. Healing is not something to be obtained out in the world. It is already inside us, waiting to receive the right kind of support. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, but about supporting the capacity for growth you already have within you. I have witnessed this capacity come alive many times, even when it didn’t feel possible for a client.
I can help by tailoring a combination of therapeutic approaches to each individual client, including Gestalt, Somatic, Mindfulness, and Narrative perspectives, to create a treatment that is right for the individual client. As your therapist, I provide practical tools and a comfortable space to initiate deep change.
