I am a Licensed Professional Counseling who has been working in the mental health and addictions field for over 2 years. During that time, I have helped adult clients with issues such as depression, anxiety, mood instability, trauma, schizophrenia, and substance abuse.
I use a mindfulness-based approach and bring multicultural awareness to each sessions. I believe that building a therapeutic alliance and providing validation is essential to both the client's and clinician's growth. I have received training in trauma, addictions, and DBT.
At the end of the session, I want my clients to feel understood and empowered to navigate through challenges in their life.
