I offer a safe, confidential space where you can process stress, clarify values, discuss goals, and explore past experiences and root causes of current thoughts, emotions and behaviors. During your session I will pull from different modalities including CBT, DBT, Insight-oriented, motivational interviewing and solution-focused. I am EMDR and KAP trained.

Life is full of challenges requiring us to focus on issues that are difficult. Together we can spend the time needed to restore balance. We are in charge of the energy we bring, and I ensure a safe, transparent environment where you can talk about your issues and work on a treatment plan, created together, to obtain measurable goals.
