Welcome! It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, and it's crucial that you find a therapist you connect with-someone who can really see you so that you can begin to truly see yourself. I see part of my role as helping you bring light into your dark moments & to help you discover what keeps you stuck so that you can live a life of greater peace & freedom. In the last 15 years, I’ve been trained in a wide range of therapies, from IFS, somatic & mindfulness based approaches to CBT and DBT. I believe that good therapy is both science and art, and each session is its own unique encounter.
We can identify so much with our thoughts and be so avoidant of our emotions that we forget to be curious. But curiosity is the doorway to greater insight and personal freedom. Through a mindful and individualized approach, I help clients deepen their self-understanding so they can hold themselves with kindness while making concrete transformations.
