Now Accepting New Clients! Sometimes a past traumatic experience can resurface at a time that we are least expecting it. Finding friends and family members who are supportive and can truly understand becomes difficult. We simply don't feel heard. Life can also continue to throw unexpected situations in our way that we do not feel ready to face. I love working with clients who are trying to find themselves in different stages of their lives. I have experience working with clients who have past trauma, infidelity, grief, struggles with motivation, divorce, martial disagreements and blended family conflict.

I find it important to provide my clients with a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space that they can work through thoughts and feelings with the help of a genuine professional. I prefer working with ages 12+, adults, couples and families. I am trained in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Gottman, and EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy).
