I am passionate about working with clients who struggle with various forms of trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, infertility, co-occurring disorders, personality disorders, and relationship issues. I enjoy working closely with my clients, helping them to resolve their life challenges by offering empathic support in their self actualization journey.
As a trauma informed therapist, I utilize an eclectic approach with my clients to effectively minimize distress and enhance healthy functioning. I also work with teens and adults presenting with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
