I’m Damien, a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist serving adults in Pittsburgh and throughout Pennsylvania.
I specialize in grief counseling, PTSD treatment, military trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflict. As a veteran, I bring lived understanding to the challenges service members and veterans face when healing from trauma and transitioning into civilian life.
I operate from a holistic approach to wellness. I utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT( Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Work and Motivational Interviewing tools and techniques to help clients get the most out of therapy. I am also a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist.
I know that your pain is valid. Grappling with heartbreak, betrayal, and loss comes with its expectable pain.
